We made our minds up in the beginning that there would be several areas where our business would be different to the 'norm'; we want to treat Jobseekers like people not cattle or statistics.
Our first rule was 'no agencies': we didn't like the way that some sites have phantom jobs posted to grab your interest - the ones that always seem to get filled the very day you phone up about them! We didn't want our users to get frustrated the same way we did, so we filter through those who want to register to make sure they're employers genuinely looking for staff, and not agencies trawling for CV's to bloat their books and brag about.
Next, we hate spam! We don't want to get it, we don't want you to get any either. No-one can see your contact details unless they've paid for a subscription and there's a clause in our T's & C's that covers it too. If you do start to get spam e-mails that originate from our site, let us know; we'll find the culprit and cancel their subscription.
We don't pay you. Not because we're mean, it just works out better for everybody that way. Normal agencies will charge an employer an hourly rate for a temp and cream off most of it paying the temp peanuts. Or, for a permanent member of staff, a hefty lump sum. The employers on this site pay a very reasonable yearly subscription - that's it. We're not greedy, employers pay out less to take you on, which means they can pay you more for what you do.

There are NO hidden fee's. We do not charge a percentage of annual salary or Introduction fee. Your membership entitles you to make as many searches and hire as many staff as your business needs for the length of your chosen subscrition.
We don't pay the Job Seeker, you do .. No more paying over inflated hourly rates so that an Agency can cream off the major share. After all, having to take on a temp through an Agency can really cut in to those profit margins, when all you want to do is deliver on time.
We do not over complicate when things can be done quickly and simply. Our search engine returns clear easy to read profiles of candidates in your area.
